Iron Works has been honored by the American Subcontractors Association of New
Jersey (ASA-NJ) as Subcontractor of the Year at its 33rd Annual Award
Dinner held November 13th at the Hanover Marriott.
Each year, for the last 33 years, ASA-NJ has polled its member firms to determine
NJ’s best subcontractor. The review and final selection of potential
candidates is based on the subcontractors’ performance in a variety of areas
such as fair and timely payment practices, quality of work, leadership, safety,
innovation and schedule compliance. Based on these criteria; Papp Iron Works is
being recognized as NJ’s best subcontractor for 2004.
The American Subcontractors Association of NJ, Inc. is a non-profit, membership
trade association affiliated with the national organization of 5,500
subcontractors, specialty trade contractors and suppliers in the construction
industry. The American Subcontractors Association is recognized as the united voice dedicated to
improving the business environment in the construction industry through
advocacy, leadership, education and networking. The ideals and beliefs of ASA
are ethical and equitable business practices, quality construction, a safe and
healthy work environment, membership diversity and integrity.
