Rich Dreher has been promoted to Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Rich has been with the firm since 2012 and has proven himself to be a valuable asset to the firm having guided us through the great recession. He’s competently overseen the firm’s financial affairs including negotiating insurance renewals, arranging for the firm’s Bank line of Credit and ensuring the firm’s continued financial health. He recently overseen the company’s computer system upgrade, the phone system conversion, the conversion to a paperless ironworker reporting system and is now heading up the evaluation, selection and implementation of a new Accounting software to replace Maxwell.

Glenn Papp has been promoted to Vice President of Operations

Glenn’s been associated with the firm since a young age having worked in the shop during summers, worked on the MetLife Stadium project as an ironworker, and has worked in the Estimating Department, Accounting Department, acted as Purchasing Manager and most recently as a Project Manager having worked on several high profile projects including the Merck K-15 project in Kenilworth, The Goldwater Hospital relocation project in East Harlem, The BAM tower in Brooklyn. As Purchasing Manager Glenn’s negotiations have saved the company tens of thousands of dollars on its purchases and service contracts with its various vendors.
