Glenn Papp and Andrew Vogt represented Papp Iron Works at the 2014 IW/IMPACT North American Labor-Management Conference held in Las Vegas February 9^th – 13^th.  

IMPACT (Ironworker Management Progressive Action Cooperative Trust) is a labor management partnership designed to provide a forum for union Ironworkers and signatory contractors to address mutual concerns and encourage reasonable balanced solutions. Their primary mission is to expand job opportunities through progressive and innovative labor management cooperative programs.
