Allan R. Papp- President

Allan Papp started working at Papp Iron
Works during his High School summer vacations. He earned a B.S.
Economics degree from St. Peters College and worked outside the business
for several years before assuming control of Papp Iron Works in 1978. He
has overseen the firm’s growth into one of the region’s leading miscellaneous
metals firms having expanded its geographic area into New York and
beyond. Allan has served as President of the American Subcontractors
Association/NJ and currently serves as officer of the NJ Steel
Association. He is an avid golfer, biker, skier, as well as a WWII
living history re-enactor. He enjoys international travel and has
visited numerous countries in Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

John Connolly – Controller
John began his career in construction by working for various local
companies while going to college and now after twenty-four years of
construction experience behind him and a BS degree in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickenson University, John joined Papp Iron Works in 1997. As
a member of CFMA and a CPA, John brings a diverse amount of experience
to the table. This includes various financings of the company’s
operations, securing commercial and employee health insurance, human
resources and all accounting functions. When he’s not working he
likes to ride his motorcycles.

Manager in 1993. Since then, he oversees shop production, personnel,
purchasing and safety. He is a member of American Welding Society as
well as AWS Certified Welding Inspector. He is actively involved in ARC,
Special Olympics and Down Syndrome Society. In free time he enjoys
volleyball and skiing and spending time with his family.

Cynthia Huggins-
Assistant to Director of Operations

Cynthia began her
career at Papp Iron Works in the year of 1990 and has moved up in ranks
from an Administrative Assistant to Assistant to the Director of
Operations. She has attended the “New Jersey School of Business” and
has sound leadership; negotiating
skills and her self-assured personality have helped PIW in varied
business situations. As Project Manager, Cynthia has
managed numerous
commercial building projects and is heavily involved in the
administrative support of the firm’s numerous projects.
She enjoys playing badminton, volleyball and biking.

Dennis Schnabel- Sr. Project Manager

Dennis went to work in the steel industry
upon graduation from high school in 1978. He attended Middlesex County
College and Rutgers night school studying Mechanical Engineering. Dennis
has been in commercial construction side of the business since 1990. He
joined PIW in 1997 as a Project Manager and has worked on many of NJ’s
most notable high profile projects and is currently working on the New
Meadowlands Stadium. He’s an avid outdoorsman and spends his free time
hunting and fishing as well as spending time with his family.

Frank Stephan- Director of Operations

Frank Stephan studied pre-law at Seton
Hall University but opted for a career in steel construction and went on
to study Steel Construction and Management at the Institute of Design
and Construction in Brooklyn NY after which he enlisted in the Marine
Corps. He previously owned and operated Altona Welding Works, a
miscellaneous Iron Shop. Mr. Stephan has been with Papp Iron Works for
10 years previously serving as Senior Project Manager. Frank oversees
the entire Papp Iron Works operation which includes Engineering,
Fabrication, Field Operations and the Project Management Department.

Stanislaw (Stanley) Kowalski – Chief
Draftsman

After
receiving his M.S. degree in Applied Mechanics from Warsaw University of
Technology, Stanley obtained diversified practice in metal industrial
equipment design and manufacturing. He joined Papp Iron Works in 1988
and brought his years of project experience and expertise in steel
fabrication and detailing. After a few years in the
fabrication shop, he joined the engineering and detailing department where he rose to
become Chief Draftsman and now runs the Papp Iron Works Drafting
Department. In his spare time he loves to hike throughout the tri-state
region and has traveled extensively throughout the world.

Ed Olas – Project Manager

Ed began his construction career framing
houses back in the 60’s. He attended Union College and the University of
Maine while serving in the United States Air Force and then worked as a
Design Engineer until joining the steel industry in 1980 as a Contract
Administrator. In 2004 Ed joined Papp Iron Works as a Project Manager.
He enjoys playing golf and swimming. He raises Koi and other fish in his
backyard pond, surrounded by 200 feet of model railroad track.

Mark Yentis - Chief Estimator

Mark
Yentis started working in construction field just after graduation from
high school. He earned B. S. degree in Industrial and Civil construction
from University of Odessa, Ukraine in 1976. He has spent his entire
career in the construction business. Starting as draftsman he quickly
became a group leader in a major design firm in Ukraine. He relocated
to the United States in 1988 and worked at a New York City Miscellaneous
Metals firm as a Draftsperson and
Project Manager. Due to his background
and experience he quickly demonstrated proficiency in estimating. Mark
joined Papp Iron Works Estimating
Department in 1996 and has been Chief
Estimator since 2001. He is an avid photographer and
when he is not working enjoys spending
time away at his vacation home.

Cezary Sosidko-Plant Manager

Cezary
Sosidko started working at Papp Iron Works in 1990 as a stair and rail
fabricator. He graduated from the Technical School and attended
Engineering Institute in Poland. His experience in all aspects of
structural and miscellaneous steel fabrications promoted him to the
position of Plant
