AVON R&D FACILITY- SUFFERN, NY

The facility is certainly one of the largest - and most architecturally striking - projects in the area, and is seen as a cornerstone in the town's recently launched regeneration initiative. The design, according to Mr. Stark of  HLW, the project’s architect; "balances the hard-edge elements of science with a softness that reflects the feminine focus of the company's products." The three-story building will include "think tank" spaces, team areas, and large, modular/flexible labs to foster a collaborative environment. Papp Iron Works is providing all the highly architectural communication stairs, ornamental metals including extensive stainless steel railings as well as the project’s miscellaneous metals.
